- Property inquiries: your name, phone number, email address, and any message you write, linked to the specific listing you asked about.
- Property offers ("sell your property"): your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, and any photos you upload.
- Automatically, through Google Analytics: general usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type and approximate location, used to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry or property offer, and to contact you about it. Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to understand and improve the site - we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site:
- Cloudinary - stores and serves listing and property-offer photos.
- Resend - sends the email notifications and confirmations related to inquiries and offers.
- Google Analytics - processes anonymized visitor usage statistics.
- Railway - hosts our website and database infrastructure.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep an administrator logged in to the admin panel (not used for regular visitors), and Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep your data
Inquiries and property offers are kept in our system so our team can follow up, and remain until an administrator removes them. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it.
