We are renting out a space in a great location, suitable for various types of retail, artisan businesses, or a beauty salon. The space is 52m2 with a regular shape, and can be divided into offices. It has a restroom. Heating would be provided by Norwegian radiators or an inverter air conditioner.

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. 

The agency commission is 50% of the agreed price.
